Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FinanceTracker, operated by 224 TECH. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
2. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to breach security, disrupt the service, access data that is not yours, or use FinanceTracker for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Subscription and billing
New accounts include a 4-month free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription of $10/month, billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. If a payment fails or the trial ends without a subscription, your account becomes read-only until you subscribe — your data is preserved.
4. Your data
You own the data you enter. We act as a custodian to provide the service and handle your data per our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial information you record.
5. Disclaimer
FinanceTracker is a personal finance tool, not financial, tax, or investment advice. The service is provided "as is" without warranties, and to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited.
6. Changes
We may update these terms or the service. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
